- Digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content Writing) already executed or delivered.
- Customized software, website, or mobile app development once approved or in advanced stages.
- Any third-party services purchased on your behalf.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact Us: Submit a written request to info@bluenetvista.com, providing all relevant details, including project name, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.
- Review Period: We will review your request within 7-10 business days to determine eligibility.
- Resolution: If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the completed portion of the service. This includes:
- Services partially delivered as per the agreed milestones.
- Projects terminated by the client mid-way through execution.
5. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Delays or issues caused by the client, such as lack of communication, delayed approvals, or failure to provide required inputs.
- Change in project scope or requirements after the agreement.
- Dissatisfaction with the results of services that were delivered as per the agreed scope and standards.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their projects by providing written notice. In such cases, refunds will be processed for work not yet completed, as per the terms of the project agreement.
- Cancellation fees may apply for services already commenced.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement regarding a refund, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the issue will be subject to arbitration as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
